Open Access Policy
Diyala Journal of Engineering Sciences (DJES) is a fully open-access journal. All articles published in DJES are freely and immediately available online to all users upon publication, without subscription fees or access restrictions.
All articles published in DJES are made available under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits users to read, download, copy, print, distribute, redistribute, translate, reuse, adapt, and build upon the published work, including for text and data mining purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s), the journal is properly cited as the original place of publication, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.
Authors retain copyright of their published work. By publishing in DJES, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and allow their articles to be distributed under the CC BY 4.0 license.
DJES, its publisher, and its editors are committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. When necessary, the journal may publish corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, or retractions in accordance with its editorial policies, publication ethics standards, and correction and retraction procedures.
All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity using trusted software, such as Turnitin, to help ensure originality. Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening and similarity check are then evaluated through the journal’s double-blind peer-review process by qualified reviewers.
